My sleep went down to 4 hours and I felt restless and hyper the 1st week, but for the entire time I was on it, which was only a few weeks, my sleep never improved beyond 6 hours. Which might sound a neurotic thing to mention, except that from recent experience 6 hours' sleep and no more is what I got just before I launched into the only full-on mind-blowingly strong psychotic manic episode I had 2.5 years ago. My old drugs worker just didn't have a clue what I was talking about and would parrot crap about 6 hours being relatively healthy. My "normal" sleep is 8-9 hours. When I'm really depressed I can sleep all night, most of the day then all night again!

I was just reading the last post on your blog. Dilaudid. Do you know I've never come across American-style pain-pills like Dilaudid or Oxy. Nobody I know has either.

... correction, except one guy I met once at the methadone clinic who said he hoodwinked a dr into prescribing him great strips full of the stongest Oxycontin he could get. Said he and his mates got through the entire lot in 3 days!

You're totally understanding no drugs except heroin? Well I'm glad you do because nobody else does!

My point: EVERYBODY else at that methadone clinic seems to have another crutch to lean on: drink or benzos or both. I have nothing!

"Eye" hope you're having a fine summer. Ours is Wondrous here. Hottest day of the year on Thurs: 93F yummmeeee ;-)Gledwoodhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09308172310486574510noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7301935512310857439.post-88295535854714502912013-08-02T23:08:58.128+01:002013-08-02T23:08:58.128+01:00The longest eye went clean, cold turkey, once back...The longest eye went clean, cold turkey, once back to "normal" (except bowels) eye felt so psycho with the racing thoughts, and hard to follow me in conversation, and lack of sleep, it was like "oh, nice to meet myself again" and thought nope, can't fucking handle this.
Another time on Suboxone (and also mood stabilizer) eye became horribly depressed.
Another time, getting one Suboxone to a few days of nothing else, eye was miserable and psycho at the same time - hearing things like the back neighbor taking a bath, when he'd moved out weeks ago, hearing the phone click every time a text came in - was on silent, being able to hear the TV on volume 1, and so on. Having to wonder after all these years being accustomed to being leveled out, can eye even handle myself completely clean now? Totally understand no drugs except heroin, after all, it feels pretty much normal after a while.
Crocodile - one of those drugs eye don't feel the need to ever try. Used to think eye wanted to try everything. Now know preferences, etc. enough to know that eye don't want that anymore.eyelickhttp://eyelick25.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7301935512310857439.post-14917192231651608142013-08-02T01:19:23.469+01:002013-08-02T01:19:23.469+01:00You may have that whole email aversion thing, whic...You may have that whole email aversion thing, which eye have - don't check it unless complete necessity.
